Pull Down Rebounder

Pull Down Rebounder strengthens grip and pull down control.  Helps develop timing, jumping and rebounding.  Built of heavy duty metal with easy rolling pulleys for easy adjustment of ball heights.  Adjustable heights for all age groups.

• The 5/16" elastic shock cord provides apparent weight resistance to strengthen grip and pull down control
• The ball is attached with nylon reinforced vinyl straps with Velcro fasteners.  Women's or men's ball will fit in the harness. (ball not included) at the end of this attachment is 12 inches of shock cord encased for additional strength
• The coach has the end of the pull-down rebounder which is to control height adjustments.  This is a 1" x 6' nylon webbing with hand hold positions for maintaining control of rebounder
• Hardware included for mounting on wood or masonry walls
• Unit extends approximately 3' from the wall
