Band Starter Kits by Kathryn Short are a great way to introduce
jump bands to your Physical
Education classes. Just like traditional tinikling pole
dance, only better. Jump bands keep the entire class active
even those in the "pole" position. Loops at each end are worn around
the ankles. Players must step or hop to move the bands together or
apart. Jump bands will help kids develop their motor skills,
cooperation skills and general fitness.
